Program/Project Manager (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
The Program / Project Manager will play a critical dual role within Stulz Asia Hub, combining hands‑on project management of data center HVAC projects across APAC with the establishment and leadership of a regional Program Management platform. In the initial phase, the role will be evenly split between:
• Active project management (≈50%) for awarded strategic projects, and
• Program management (≈50%), focusing on process design, standardization, transparency, and scalability.
Over time, the role is expected to progressively shift towards program management, driving regional consistency through structured processes, standard tools, and automation to support Stulz’s growing data center business in APAC and Oceania (excluding China and India)
Key responsibilities
A. Program Management
a. Regionalizing the global Program Management tools in alignment with Stulz HQ to:
i. Track the status of all strategic projects across APAC
ii. Enable effective resource allocation
iii. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints at early project stages
b. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a Strategic Project Management Handbook for Stulz Asia Hub, initially focusing on:
i. Regional and global Colo & Cloud data center projects
ii. Alignment with Stulz HQ and global project governance frameworks
c. Drive standardization of project documentation and templates, in collaboration with:
i. Stulz HQ
ii. Global Cloud / Colo teams
iii. APAC subsidiaries and partners
d. Including but not limited to:
i. Drawing and documentation templates
ii. Method statements and Scope of Work (SoW) formats
iii. Handover documentation
iv. Training and commissioning documents
v. Servicing and maintenance templates
e. Define and embed best practice project governance, including reporting cadence, escalation models, and KPI tracking.
f. Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding lessons learned, automation, and process optimization into the program framework.
B. Project Management
Project involvement begins post-award, once projects are handed over from Sales. Key responsibilities include:
a. Project setup and planning
i. Establish cross-functional project teams (factory, Asia Hub, local entities, customer representatives)
ii. Define roles, responsibilities, milestones, risk assessments, and critical paths
b. Execution & coordination
i. Act as the primary coordination point for technical, commercial, and schedule-related matters
ii. Proactively manage dependencies to prevent escalation and delays
c. Documentation & compliance
i. Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of all required project documentation
d. Change & risk management
i. Lead and coordinate variation/change order requests
ii. Manage scope, cost, and timeline impacts in alignment with internal and customer stakeholders
e. Commissioning & issue resolution
i. Support troubleshooting and coordination during commissioning phases (L1–L5)
ii. Interface between customer, factory, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
f. Post project optimization
i. Capture and disseminate project-based lessons learned across the region
ii. Identify recurring cost drivers, inefficiencies, and time-wasting elements
iii. Recommend and implement improvements for future projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong project and program management capability with a structured, process‑driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions
- High level of analytical thinking and problem‑solving, able to quickly identify root causes and critical issues
- Demonstrated managerial courage, able to challenge assumptions and state professional opinions in the long‑term interest of the business
- Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a matrixed regional environment
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and common project management tools
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and engineering‑driven teams
- Willing and able to travel within APAC as required (approx. 10–20%)
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred; Electrical or related disciplines acceptable)
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Project management of complex, technical projects / M&E, HVAC, industrial, or infrastructure environments
- Prior exposure to data center projects or similarly complex, multi-stakeholder projects is strongly preferred
- Experience with HVAC equipment is a clear advantage
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage

Regional Application Engineer (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
We are seeking an engineer with a diploma in engineering or other relevant work experience to support our regional strategic accounts team with a focus on the Japanese Market. The role includes working together with our diverse sales teams to interpret customer require-ments, deliver solutions and manage customer expectations with the end goal of sales in mind. You will be expected to work as a consultant to the sales teams and clients to tailor project specific solutions and will be the first point of contact. Training will be provided hands on, and regular travel and customer meetings can be expected.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for key consultants and accounts.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and factory capabilities.
- Develop technical selections, feasibility studies, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
- Support sales with accurate project costing and compliance documentation.
- Prepare deviation and exception statements for project proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Technical / Aftersales, Support Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, Key Account Managers, Consultants and Contractors to support application development and delivery.
- Participate in KAM / Technical team meetings and activities to understand requirements and share progress updates
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify technical issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Support the implementation of user feedback to improve application functionality and user experience
- Maintain a proactive and responsive approach to stakeholder needs, contributing to a positive and productive team environment
- Responsibilities will at a minimum apply to the following facilities/equipment within the Data Centre: Air Handling Units, CRAC and CRAH units, Chiller, ACMV and related products, Liquid Cooling products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously with efficiency and independence, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Strong focus on back-office technical responsibilities, such as application support and system maintenance, while also enjoying direct engagement with customers or consultants to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Ability to establish and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to proactively initiate requests for support from targeted internal and external subject matter experts needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Travel required (10%)
Education / Experience
- Mechanical Engineer (at least 3 years) or Bachelor of Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulics or similar
- Engineering experience in the Data Centre environment preferred
- Fluent in Business English, Japanese (optional) and Mandarin (optional)

Regional Technical Aftersales & Warranty Operations Manager (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Support & Warranty Claim Manager to lead our post-sales service operations. This pivotal role ensures customer satisfaction, drives operational excellence, and manages warranty claims with precision and integrity. Key responsibilities
1. Regional Support
a. Lead after-sales support for Asia Regional Hub Office in delivering prompt, professional service for precision cooling solutions for all Stulz subsidiaries and partners in Asia, ensuring shared success in local markets
b. Oversee warranty claim processing, ensuring accurate documentation, timely adjudication, and compliance with manufacturer policies
c. Implement and monitor KPIs for service response times, claim resolution, and customer satisfaction
2. Team Management
a. Identify, develop and lead a dedicated after-sales support team for regional reach, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment through effective communication and mentorship
b. Provide a culture of continuous learning and development providing opportunities for training, and development
3. Technical Expertise
a. Lead trouble shooting efforts, providing technical assistance and expertise to resolve complex site issues promptly
b. Utilize your deep knowledge of cooling solutions / data centre operations to guide and support remote teams where & when necessary
c. Ensure that all service activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
4. Training & Development
a. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for service teams across the region
b. Ensure training programs are aligned with global training standards, and that participants are ‘up to date’ with latest technologies and best practices.
5. Process Management
a. Develop and refine warranty policies and procedures in alignment with company, industry and regulatory standards
b. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental certifications.
c. Analyze service data to identify trends, reduce claim rates, and improve product reliability
6. Client and Partner
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region
b. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and critical service-related issues
c. Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC aftersales, technical support, or warranty management, preferably within the data centre industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics (e.g., chillers, CRAC, CRAH, AHU, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues on-site
- Proven leadership experience in managing service teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with warranty management platforms and CRM systems
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and service reports
- Willingness to travel at short notice as may be required from time to time
