Regional Account Manager (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to act as the main contact point for existing key accounts while developing new accounts across the APAC region. This role is a customer-facing, technically oriented key account position with a strong emphasis on relationship management, technical-commercial consulting, and account development. The Regional Account Manager represents STULZ towards key customers and requires close cooperation with consultants, ensuring technical compliance, solution alignment, and long-term partnership development. Working closely with our local Sales teams, our factories and our global Key Account team, strong intercultural communication and collaboration skills are of the essence. Regular interaction with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders across APAC, as well as regional travel, is an integral part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned strategic key accounts across the APAC region.
- Build, maintain and grow long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders and data centre consultants, positioning STULZ as a trusted technical partner.
- Lead technical and system discussions, ensuring solution feasibility, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Oversee the development of product selections, feasibility studies, system concepts, and TCO evaluations in collaboration with Application Engineering teams.

Program/Project Manager (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
The Program / Project Manager will play a critical dual role within Stulz Asia Hub, combining hands‑on project management of data center HVAC projects across APAC with the establishment and leadership of a regional Program Management platform. In the initial phase, the role will be evenly split between:
• Active project management (≈50%) for awarded strategic projects, and
• Program management (≈50%), focusing on process design, standardization, transparency, and scalability.
Over time, the role is expected to progressively shift towards program management, driving regional consistency through structured processes, standard tools, and automation to support Stulz’s growing data center business in APAC and Oceania (excluding China and India)
Key responsibilities
A. Program Management
a. Regionalizing the global Program Management tools in alignment with Stulz HQ to:
i. Track the status of all strategic projects across APAC
ii. Enable effective resource allocation
iii. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints at early project stages
b. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a Strategic Project Management Handbook for Stulz Asia Hub, initially focusing on:
i. Regional and global Colo & Cloud data center projects
ii. Alignment with Stulz HQ and global project governance frameworks
c. Drive standardization of project documentation and templates, in collaboration with:
i. Stulz HQ
ii. Global Cloud / Colo teams
iii. APAC subsidiaries and partners
d. Including but not limited to:
i. Drawing and documentation templates
ii. Method statements and Scope of Work (SoW) formats
iii. Handover documentation
iv. Training and commissioning documents
v. Servicing and maintenance templates
e. Define and embed best practice project governance, including reporting cadence, escalation models, and KPI tracking.
f. Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding lessons learned, automation, and process optimization into the program framework.
B. Project Management
Project involvement begins post-award, once projects are handed over from Sales. Key responsibilities include:
a. Project setup and planning
i. Establish cross-functional project teams (factory, Asia Hub, local entities, customer representatives)
ii. Define roles, responsibilities, milestones, risk assessments, and critical paths
b. Execution & coordination
i. Act as the primary coordination point for technical, commercial, and schedule-related matters
ii. Proactively manage dependencies to prevent escalation and delays
c. Documentation & compliance
i. Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of all required project documentation
d. Change & risk management
i. Lead and coordinate variation/change order requests
ii. Manage scope, cost, and timeline impacts in alignment with internal and customer stakeholders
e. Commissioning & issue resolution
i. Support troubleshooting and coordination during commissioning phases (L1–L5)
ii. Interface between customer, factory, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
f. Post project optimization
i. Capture and disseminate project-based lessons learned across the region
ii. Identify recurring cost drivers, inefficiencies, and time-wasting elements
iii. Recommend and implement improvements for future projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong project and program management capability with a structured, process‑driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

Regional Technical Engineer (Singapore / Asia Region)

The Regional Technical Engineer plays a critical role in shaping and executing STULZ’s technical and product strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Acting as a key interface between global product management, engineering teams, manufacturing sites, and regional commercial organizations, this role ensures that STULZ’s cooling solutions are technically robust, market- relevant, and aligned with evolving customer and industry requirements. Key responsibilities
Regional Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global product management application team(s) to assist in the development and execution of cooling solution strategies and roadmaps for Stulz portfolio diversification.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research on trends, competitor landscapes, and customer requirements across countries within the APAC region to influence global product development in emerging technologies.
- Commercial Execution: In collaboration with sales and marketing teams, define and implement regional go-to-market strategy, including pricing, promotional campaigns, product launches.

(Junior) Regional Marketing Associate (Singapore / Asia Region)
Position Summary
The Regional Marketing Associate supports STULZ’s regional marketing activities with a strong focus on content creation, digital marketing execution, and regional event support. This role is well-suited for an early‑career marketer who enjoys hands-on work, creative storytelling, and gaining exposure across multiple APAC markets. The role contributes to the creation and publication of regional marketing content, including website updates, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media posts. Furthermore, the role involves supporting regional industry events, conferences and customer-facing activities, incl. communications, logistics, booth preparation, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up reporting. In addition, the role supports marketing operations and reporting, including our regional CRM system (HubSpot) to assist with data accuracy, campaign tracking, and performance insights. Working closely with sales and regional marketing stakeholders, the Regional Marketing Associate helps ensure marketing activities are well-coordinated, data-informed, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Track APAC market and competitor trends, contributing ideas for campaigns, SEO/GEO topics, and partner activations.
